BERLIN -- China and Germany has agreed to set a dialogue and cooperation mechanism on climate change and green transition. The agreement was made during the seventh China-Germany inter-governmental consultation on Tuesday co-chaired by visiting Chinese Premier Li Qiang and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
