Sky News contributor Joe Hildebrand says the people calling for the most action on climate change are the people who pay the smallest price. He said that they often make a quid out of climate change policies. Mr Hildebrand sat down with Sky News host Paul Murray to discuss farmers facing powerline compensation being taxed by the government.
