Climate Change Secretary to be regular attendee of National Security Committee meetings
Sky News can reveal Climate Change Department Secretary David Fredericks is a new regular attendee to the National Security Committee of Cabinet. This comes following the news on Monday night that ASIO head Mike Burgess and ASIS chief Kerri Hartland are no longer permanent members of the National Security Committee. Thats right climate change is in, but ASIO and ASIS are out, says Sky News host Sharri Markson. She said Climate Change Minister Chris Bowen and the Labor Government declined to respond to questions about this on Tuesday. But the move is in line with Albanese wasting the Director-General of the Office of National Intelligence's time with a climate change review.
