Lula: the climate crisis will be a priority

The PT member called for concrete actions by countries against climate change and cited promises not kept by rich nations. "There is no climate security for the world without a protected Amazon." For Lula, "we need more empathy and more trust between peoples". "Overcoming and going beyond immediate national interests to be able to collectively weave a new international order that reflects needs for the present and future," he said.
