Debate about the impact of climate change has been reignited as one of the worst dry spells in living memory ravages Australia's eastern states. Agriculture Minister David Littleproud says linking the drought to man-made climate change is a big call, but Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has acknowledged a correlation, saying Australia is seeing more frequent droughts and seasons that are hotter.
