The Investor Group on Climate Changes Erwin Jackson says by not signalling ambition on net-zero by 2050, nations are sending a message to capital markets that they dont want the trillions of dollars available for new clean industries. Global financial institutions are assessing countries at a macro level about whether theyre prepared to take on and invest in those countries because of climate change risk, Mr Jackson told Sky News Australia.
