Sky News host Chris Kenny has taken aim at the ABCs MediaWatch, detailing just how much the public broadcaster spends on a weekly 15-minute program that has "scant regard for the truth" when it comes to climate change. In a world where tax dollars are so precious, what a disgrace it is that so much of your money is wasted on [Paul] Barry's attempts to hide the truth he doesn't like on climate change, and bend and manipulate the truth about people he doesn't like - like Sky News," Mr Kenny said. Mr Kenny then rounded on the eye-watering salaries paid to the MediaWatch team. MediaWatch host Paul Barry, for instance, is paid $200,000 a year to produce 15 minutes of television a week... Barry's boss, Gaven Morris, who you'd make complaints to about MediaWatch if I thought it would do any good, is paid $600,000 a year, the Kenny Report host said.
