Author Michael Shellenberger says a recent survey of Democrats and Republicans on climate change questions revealed: a large number of Republicans got it right. Democrats were much more vulnerable to climate misinformation, Mr Shellenberger told Sky News host Rita Panahi. Democrats were more likely to believe deaths from disasters has been going up when they have been going down dramatically. People affiliated with the left-leaning political party were also more likely to believe that carbon emissions in the United States have been going up - theyve been going down quite significantly over the past 10 years.
