Former Victorian Liberal Party president Michael Kroger says Independent candidate for the seat of Warringah Zali Steggall undermined her own stance on climate change by admitting she hasn't done a lot personally to reduce her own emissions. During a debate hosted by Sky News, on Thursday, Ms Steggall says she supports Labor's 45 per cent emission reduction target and tougher national vehicle emissions standards for cars.
