Indigenous Australians Minister Linda Burney has avoided answering a question on the Makarrata commission and how it relates to the Voice to Parliament referendum during Question Time on Wednesday. Ms Burney explained the origins and meaning of the word Makarrata instead of answering the question asked by Deputy Opposition Leader Sussan Ley.
